1. Services Offered: - We provide a range of hair services including but not limited to haircuts, colouring, styling, treatments, and consultations. Details and prices for each service are available at our salon.

2. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

•  Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost.

(This helps cover time set aside for you and any non-refundable product prepared for your appointment.)

•  No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.​

4. Client Responsibilities: - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. - Providing accurate information regarding hair history, allergies, and previous treatments is essential. - Following aftercare instructions provided by the stylist is recommended for best results.

5. Salon Policies: - Our salon maintains high standards of cleanliness and follows health and safety protocols. - Respectful behaviour is expected from clients during their visit. - Multiple no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

6. Liability and Disclaimers: - Clients acknowledge that all services are performed at their own risk. - We are not liable for any allergic reactions, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from the services provided. - A thorough consultation will be conducted before services to address any concerns and minimize risks.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality: - Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes. - Photos or videos may be taken with client consent for promotional or portfolio use.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: - We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated through our salon’s official channels.

9. Legal Compliance: - Our salon adheres to all local laws and regulations governing salon services.

10. Agreement and Acceptance: - Booking an appointment with our salon implies that clients have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
